- CMDB Synchronization: Configuration Items discovered by Saner CVEM are auto-updated in ServiceNow’s CMDB, keeping asset inventory current
- Automated Change Requests: Change tickets are automatically created for vulnerable assets needing patching
- End-to-End Remediation: Change Requests include affected assets, CVEs, and patch details; once approved, Saner CVEM triggers remediation and auto-closes the ticket with final notes
- Bi-directional Updates: Status sync between both platforms ensures traceability and reduces manual effort
We’ve also enhanced our Freshservice integration to provide tighter alignment between IT and security making workflows more efficient and visibility more comprehensive.
