          We do have integrations with a few ticket systems. We have REST APIs which can be used to create integration with ticket systems you prefer.

            What ticket system like Remedy Service Desk Management, JIRA EngageBay, Zendesk, LiveAgent, BIGContacts, ProProfs Knowledge Base, ProProfs Help Desk, Faveo HelpDesk, ServiceNow ITSM, Raiseaticket AND Kapture CX have integration Secpod with and Sucess Cases in the world?.

              As of now, SanerNow has integrations with FreshDesk and ServiceNow

              In future we will also integrate with other ticketing systems like JIRA, Zendesk etc
