        Anyone else experiencing latency on API calls back to the database?

         

        We’re seeing 15ms+ response times and some modules take upwards of a minute to pull in data.

          Thanks for raising this. Could you please specify which API you are seeing the latency on? That would help us narrow it down.

          In some cases, especially where a large number of vulnerabilities are discovered, the data volume can be significant, which naturally affects processing time for certain accounts.

          That said, we are always working on optimizing performance and improving response times across the board. Appreciate your patience!

            It was almost all of the APIs pulling info from the backend databases.  We are working with our Onboarding team but I was curious if other users were experiencing anything.
