      Hi, thanks for asking! We currently support ServiceNow and Freshservice integrations, and we have additional ticket-system connectors in the pipeline. We’re tracking interest and will prioritize requests based on customer demand. If you have a specific product you’d like us to prioritize (for example Jira Service Management or Zendesk), please let us know, this will help us prioritize the feature.

        Thanks for raising this. Could you please specify which API you are seeing the latency on? That would help us narrow it down.

        In some cases, especially where a large number of vulnerabilities are discovered, the data volume can be significant, which naturally affects processing time for certain accounts.

        That said, we are always working on optimizing performance and improving response times across the board. Appreciate your patience!
